This decadent, no-bake dessert dip combines creamy cheesecake, fudgy brownie chunks, caramel, chocolate chips, and toasted pecans for the ultimate game day treat. Perfect for parties, it’s quick to make, easy to customize, and always a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups brownie chunks (homemade, box mix, or store-bought)
  • 1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip, or 1 cup heavy cream whipped with 1 tbsp sugar)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, divided
  • 1/3 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
  • For serving: graham crackers, sliced apples, pretzel twists or sticks, vanilla wafers, chocolate cookies

Instructions

  1. Place cream cheese out at room temperature for 30-60 minutes until very soft, or microwave in 10-second bursts until just soft (not melted).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat with a hand mixer on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until creamy and fluffy. Add vanilla extract and mix until incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in whipped topping using a spatula, just until blended. Do not overmix.
  4. Cut cooled brownies into 1/2-inch bite-size pieces. Set aside a handful for topping, then gently fold the rest into the cheesecake mixture.
  5. Add 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips to the dip and stir gently. Reserve the remaining chips for garnish.
  6. Spoon the dip into a serving bowl. Sprinkle with reserved brownie pieces, remaining mini chocolate chips, and toasted, chopped pecans.
  7. Warm caramel sauce until pourable. Drizzle generously over the top in a zigzag pattern.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for best texture, or serve immediately if desired.
  9. Serve with your favorite dippers: graham crackers, pretzels, apple slices, vanilla wafers, or chocolate cookies.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature cream cheese and fold in whipped topping and brownies gently to keep the dip light. Fudgy brownies work best. Add caramel and pecans just before serving for the freshest texture. Easily adapt for gluten-free or nut-free diets by swapping brownies and omitting pecans. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
