Butterfinger Pie Recipe - featured image

A creamy, dreamy no-bake pie filled with crushed Butterfinger candy bars and a luscious filling, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 full-size Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces whipped topping (like Cool Whip, thawed)
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place the Butterfinger candy bars in a plastic zip-top bag and use a rolling pin to crush them into small pieces. Set aside a handful for garnish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract to enhance the flavor of the filling.
  4. Using a spatula, gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture. Be careful not to overmix to keep the filling light and fluffy.
  5. Fold in the crushed Butterfinger candy bars, reserving some for garnish.
  6. Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust, smoothing it out with your spatula. Sprinkle the reserved Butterfinger pieces on top for decoration.
  7. Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours to set. Overnight is even better if you have the time.

Notes

[‘Leave cream cheese at room temperature for 30 minutes or microwave it for 10 seconds on low power to soften.’, ‘Don’t pulverize the Butterfinger bars—leave some larger chunks for added texture.’, ‘Use a gentle folding motion when mixing the whipped topping to keep the filling light and airy.’, ‘This pie tastes even better the next day, so feel free to prepare it in advance.’, ‘Add whipped cream swirls or drizzle chocolate syrup on top for a professional look.’]
