Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a parchment-lined 9×9-inch baking dish. Chill in the refrigerator while you make the filling.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
