A decadent no-bake dessert featuring a creamy peanut butter filling swirled with rich chocolate, nestled in a buttery cookie crust. Perfect for any occasion and guaranteed to impress!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie pan. Refrigerate for 15 minutes while you prepare the filling.
  2. In another mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the peanut butter and vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the peanut butter mixture.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and heavy cream. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  4. Pour the peanut butter filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula. Drop spoonfuls of the melted chocolate onto the surface of the filling, then use a toothpick or skewer to create beautiful swirls.
  5. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight, until fully set.
  6. Slice and serve chilled. You can add whipped cream or crushed peanuts on top for extra flair!

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is softened to room temperature for a smoother filling. Chill the pie properly to ensure the filling sets. Use a light hand when swirling the chocolate for a perfect marbled effect.
