Instructions

  1. Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich: Lay out two slices of fresh bread. Spread about 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter on one slice. Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of grape jelly on the other slice. Press slices together, cut diagonally if desired, and serve immediately.
  2. Pizza Bagels: Preheat oven or toaster oven to 375°F. Place halved mini bagels cut side up on a baking sheet. Spoon about 1 tablespoon marinara sauce on each half. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Add optional toppings like mini pepperoni or olives. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  3. Toaster Waffles: Toast frozen waffles until golden and crisp. Spread a pat of butter on top while hot. Drizzle with maple syrup or honey to taste.
  4. Popcorn: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add 1/3 cup popcorn kernels and cover with lid. Shake pot occasionally to prevent burning. When popping slows to 1-2 seconds between pops, remove from heat. Toss with 2 tablespoons melted butter and salt to taste.
  5. Chocolate Chip Cookies: Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper. Cream together 1 cup softened butter, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, and 3/4 cup brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in 2 large eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. In separate bowl, whisk 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour with 1 teaspoon baking soda. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until combined. Fold in 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough 2 inches apart on baking sheet. Bak…

Notes

Use room temperature peanut butter for easier spreading. Watch pizza bagels closely near end of baking to avoid burning cheese. Shake popcorn pot occasionally to prevent burning. Measure flour correctly for cookies to avoid dense texture. Cookies firm up as they cool. Snacks can be adapted for dietary needs with gluten-free or dairy-free substitutions. Store cookies in airtight container up to 5 days or freeze up to 3 months. Popcorn best eaten same day. Reheat waffles and pizza bagels in toaster or oven to maintain texture.
