A quick and easy, no-bake dip combining tangy cream cheese, rich caramel, and fresh apples for a crowd-pleasing treat perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 45 apples, sliced (Honeycrisp, Granny Smith, or Fuji)
  • Optional toppings: chopped pecans, crushed graham crackers, mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese for about 30 minutes at room temperature.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and brown sugar. Use a hand or stand mixer to blend until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and continue mixing for another minute until fully incorporated.
  4. Gradually pour in the heavy cream, one tablespoon at a time, while mixing to achieve a light and fluffy consistency.
  5. Drizzle in half of the caramel sauce and gently fold it into the mixture to create a swirl effect.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving dish and smooth out the top with a spatula.
  7. Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top and add optional toppings like chopped pecans, crushed graham crackers, or mini chocolate chips.
  8. Slice the apples into wedges or thin rounds and arrange them around the dip for presentation.
