Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups diced apples (Honeycrisp, Granny Smith, or Gala)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  3. Add 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until creamy.
  4. Fold in 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt and 2 cups of whipped topping gently to maintain the airy texture.
  5. Add the diced apples to the cheesecake mixture and stir until well-coated.
  6. Optional: Stir in chopped nuts, mini marshmallows, or graham cracker crumbs for added flavor and texture.
  7. Transfer the salad to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
