A quick and easy no-bake dessert dip that combines creamy cottage cheese with sweet chocolate chips for a protein-packed treat that tastes like cookie dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (225g) small-curd cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons heat-treated all-purpose flour or oat flour
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup (45g) mini chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg, or a splash of almond extract

Instructions

  1. Add 1 cup (225g) of small-curd cottage cheese to a blender or food processor and blend on high until completely smooth and creamy with no lumps.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup and 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract to the blended cottage cheese. Blend briefly until fully incorporated. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of heat-treated all-purpose flour and a pinch of salt. Blend just until mixed to achieve a cookie dough texture.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and gently fold in 1/4 cup (45g) of mini chocolate chips with a spatula, avoiding overmixing to keep chips intact.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for 15-20 minutes to let flavors meld and texture firm up slightly. If too thick after chilling, stir in a teaspoon of milk or dairy-free alternative; if too thin, add more flour and blend again.

Notes

Use small-curd cottage cheese for smooth texture. Heat-treat flour to avoid raw flour taste. Adjust sweetness to preference. Chill for better texture but can be served immediately. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Stir before serving.
