A quick and easy no-bake dessert featuring creamy cheesecake filling layered with buttery Golden Oreo crumble and fresh strawberries, perfect for summer and entertaining.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 15 Golden Oreos, crushed finely
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened (full-fat recommended)
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 cup heavy cream, cold
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Optional: fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush about 15 Golden Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form. If using a plastic bag, crush with a rolling pin until sandy texture. Transfer crumbs to a bowl.
  2. Pour 4 tablespoons melted unsalted butter into the crumbs and stir to combine until crumbs are evenly coated and hold together when pressed.
  3. In a large bowl, beat 8 ounces softened cream cheese with 3/4 cup powdered sugar using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 teaspoon lemon zest to the cream cheese mixture and beat just to incorporate.
  5. In a separate chilled bowl, whip 1 cup cold heavy cream to soft peaks, being careful not to overwhip.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula with slow, sweeping motions to keep the filling light and fluffy.
  7. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of Oreo crumble into the bottom of each jar.
  8. Add about 1/3 cup of cheesecake filling on top of the crumble and smooth gently.
  9. Top with a layer of sliced fresh strawberries (about 2 tablespoons per jar). Repeat layering if jars are tall enough, finishing with a sprinkle of crumble and strawberry slices as garnish.
  10. Refrigerate the jars for at least 2 hours to let flavors meld and filling set. Overnight chilling is recommended for best results.

Notes

Do not overwhip the cream to avoid grainy texture. Use softened cream cheese to prevent lumps. Use unsalted butter melted until warm for the crumble to avoid overpowering sweetness. Choose firm but ripe strawberries to prevent sogginess. Chill for at least 2 hours for best set; overnight is ideal. Can substitute Golden Oreos with gluten-free cookies or almond flour for gluten-free option. Vegan substitutions include vegan cream cheese and coconut cream.
