Crispy Turkey Club Wrap with Bacon and Avocado

A quick and easy lunch wrap combining crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and tender turkey slices wrapped in a soft tortilla. Perfect for busy days or casual get-togethers.

  • 6 ounces turkey breast slices (smoked or roasted)
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced or mashed
  • 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (plain or light)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • A handful of leafy greens (romaine or butter lettuce)
  • 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional mustard or hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon: Heat skillet over medium-low heat. Lay 4 bacon strips without overlapping. Cook 8–10 minutes, flipping occasionally until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels and keep warm.
  2. Prepare avocado spread: Mash avocado in a bowl until smooth but slightly chunky. Stir in mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Warm tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave for 10–15 seconds until pliable.
  4. Assemble wrap: Lay one tortilla flat. Spread half the avocado mixture evenly over the center, leaving a 1-inch border. Layer 3 ounces turkey slices, 2 bacon strips, tomato slices, and lettuce. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Repeat with second tortilla and remaining ingredients.
  5. Roll it up: Fold sides inward, then roll tightly from one end to the other, keeping filling snug.
  6. Slice and serve: Cut each wrap diagonally in half. Serve immediately or wrap tightly for packed lunches.

Notes

Cook bacon slowly over medium-low heat to keep it crispy without burning. Spread avocado mayo thinly to avoid sogginess. Warm tortillas briefly before assembling to prevent cracking. Layer lettuce between bacon and avocado to keep bacon crisp longer. For gluten-free, use corn or gluten-free wraps; for dairy-free, use vegan mayo.
