Instructions

  1. Shred the mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese if not pre-shredded. Mix melted butter with garlic powder (if using) in a small bowl. Lay out your tortillas or pita on a clean surface.
  2. Brush one side of the tortilla generously with the garlic butter mixture. This side will be the outside, getting crispy and golden.
  3. Flip the tortilla over so the buttered side faces down on a plate. Evenly spread a layer of mozzarella (about ½ cup), then sprinkle cheddar and Parmesan on top. Leave a small border around the edges to avoid cheese spilling out.
