  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey

  • 23 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients: Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, nut butter, sweetener, vanilla, salt, and optional chocolate chips.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, add Greek yogurt, nut butter, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Whisk until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Sift in the unsweetened cocoa powder and sprinkle in the pinch of sea salt. Whisk thoroughly until the mixture is uniform and glossy.
  4. If using, gently fold in mini chocolate chips with a spatula. Save a few for topping if desired.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness: add more maple syrup/honey for sweetness, more nut butter for richness, or a splash of milk if too thick.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Top with extra chocolate chips, a dusting of cocoa powder, or a sprinkle of sea salt. Serve with your favorite dippers such as fruit, pretzels, or graham crackers.

Notes

For best texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt and sift your cocoa powder. Warm nut butter blends more easily. Adjust sweetness to taste and chill for 30 minutes for a thicker dip. Easily make it dairy-free with coconut yogurt and vegan chocolate chips, or nut-free with sunflower seed butter. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
