  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Use an electric mixer to beat the ingredients until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool completely.
  4. Prepare the strawberry and blueberry gelatin in separate bowls according to package instructions, using 1 cup of boiling water for each flavor. Stir until fully dissolved.
