A quick and easy party snack featuring a creamy blend of mozzarella, provolone, cream cheese, and pizza sauce, topped with pepperoni and Parmesan for a gooey, cheesy pull that’s perfect for any gathering.

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (200g)
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese (100g)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened (225g)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (240ml)
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices (about 30 slices)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (50g)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh basil leaves, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with shredded mozzarella and provolone. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the pizza sauce to the cheese mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
  4. Stir in the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes if using.
  5. Fold in half of the pepperoni slices (about 15 slices), reserving the rest for topping.
  6. Transfer the mixture to your baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining pepperoni slices and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden around the edges.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  10. Garnish with fresh chopped basil if desired.

Notes

Use whole-milk mozzarella for best melt and texture. If the top browns too fast, tent with foil halfway through baking. Let dip rest 5 minutes after baking for perfect gooey texture. Can substitute pepperoni with cooked sausage or olives for variation. For vegetarian version, swap pepperoni with sautéed mushrooms, spinach, or roasted red peppers.
