Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup almond flour, 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until the mixture forms a soft dough.
  2. Fold in 2 tablespoons of mini chocolate chips or your favorite add-ins like chopped nuts or dried fruit.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 15 minutes to make the dough easier to handle.
  4. Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to portion out the dough and roll it into bite-sized balls. Place them on a baking sheet or plate lined with parchment paper.
