  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Wash the carrots thoroughly and peel them. If using regular carrots, slice them into sticks about 4-5 inches long and 1/2 inch thick. Baby carrots can be used as-is.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and fresh thyme leaves.
  4. Add the prepared carrots to the mixing bowl and toss until evenly coated with the honey garlic mixture.
  5. Spread the carrots out on the baking sheet in a single layer.
