A quick and easy dessert that combines the classic flavors of s’mores into a shareable bark, perfect for family nights or celebrations.

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham crackers, broken into small pieces
  • Optional toppings: crushed nuts, caramel drizzle, festive sprinkles, flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, ensuring the edges are covered to prevent sticking.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth. Alternatively, use a double boiler to gently melt the chocolate.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and use a spatula to spread it into an even layer, about 1/4-inch thick.
  4. While the chocolate is still warm, sprinkle the mini marshmallows and graham cracker pieces evenly across the surface. Press lightly to ensure they stick.
  5. If desired, add extra toppings like crushed nuts, caramel drizzle, or festive sprinkles.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until the chocolate is fully set.
  7. Once set, lift the parchment paper off the baking sheet and break the bark into irregular pieces using your hands.
