Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together 1 cup (226g) unsalted butter, 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar, and 1/2 cup (100g) brown sugar until light and fluffy. This should take about 2-3 minutes with a hand or stand mixer.
