A quick and easy festive drink recipe perfect for summer celebrations, featuring natural fruit juices and fresh berries for a colorful, kid-friendly punch with a refreshing fizz.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups (16 fl oz) red fruit punch or cranberry juice (100% juice, no added sugar)
  • 1 cup (8 fl oz) white grape juice or apple juice
  • 1 cup (8 fl oz) blueberry juice or blue sports drink
  • 2 cups (16 fl oz) club soda or lemon-lime soda
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 45 thin lemon slices
  • Ice cubes as needed

Instructions

  1. Chill all juices and soda ahead of time (about 1 hour in the fridge).
  2. Rinse strawberries and blueberries under cold water. Slice the strawberries and thinly slice the lemon into rounds.
  3. In a large pitcher, combine 2 cups red fruit punch or cranberry juice, 1 cup white grape juice, and 1 cup blueberry juice. Stir gently to mix.
  4. Add the sliced strawberries and blueberries to the pitcher.
  5. Slowly pour 2 cups club soda or lemon-lime soda into the pitcher and stir lightly once to combine without flattening the fizz.
  6. Fill the pitcher about halfway with ice cubes to chill the punch.
  7. Float lemon slices on top for garnish and serve immediately in colorful cups.

Notes

Chill juices and soda before mixing to reduce dilution from ice. Stir gently after adding soda to preserve fizz. Freeze some fruit to use as natural ice cubes to keep punch cold without watering down. Add soda and ice just before serving for best fizz. Adjust sweetness by choosing club soda or lemon-lime soda or substituting sparkling water with a splash of honey or agave syrup.
