Savory mini sausages simmered in a tangy, buttery sauce, perfect for parties and gatherings. Easy to prepare and packed with bold flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package mini sausages (cocktail or smoked sausages)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers (whole or sliced, with brine)
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Open packages of sausages and rinse pepperoncini peppers if desired. Measure out beef broth and brown sugar.
  2. Place mini sausages in the bottom of the slow cooker. Add butter (cut into small chunks) evenly over the sausages.
  3. Sprinkle dry ranch seasoning mix over the top. Scatter pepperoncini peppers and pour in a splash of the brine for extra flavor.
  4. Add beef broth and sprinkle brown sugar over everything.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours. Stir once halfway through to ensure sausages are evenly coated.
  6. Transfer sausages to a serving dish or keep them warm in the slow cooker for self-serve. Spoon sauce over sausages before serving.

Notes

[‘Use fresh pepperoncini brine for enhanced flavor.’, ‘Stir halfway through cooking to ensure even coating.’, ‘Adjust heat level by adding chili flakes or extra peppers.’, “Use the ‘keep warm’ setting on the slow cooker for serving.”]
